This Privacy Policy explains how TETRUS Systems LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with TETRUS websites and services, including tetrus.com, tetrus.ai, mail.tetrus.ai, and related service domains.

1.4 Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, performance, and marketing measurement as described in the Cookie Policy.
1.5 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from customers, service providers, business contact databases, enrichment providers, verification providers, public sources, partners, integrations, email infrastructure providers, analytics providers, and security tools.
Provide, operate, support, secure, and improve the Service.
Create accounts, authenticate users, manage subscriptions, and process payments.
Process Customer Data and Prospect Data for B2B sales intelligence, outreach workflow, enrichment, verification, suppression, deliverability analytics, and campaign reporting.
Provide support, notices, updates, and administrative communications.
Detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, deliverability risks, policy violations, and unlawful activity.
TETRUS may act in different roles depending on the activity. For Customer Data processed only on Customer's instructions, TETRUS generally acts as processor/service provider and Customer acts as controller/business. For account administration, billing, security, compliance, product improvement, independently sourced data, suppression lists, fraud prevention, and platform operations, TETRUS may act as an independent controller/business.
Where GDPR, UK GDPR, or Swiss data protection law applies, we process personal data based on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligation, consent where required, and protection of rights and security. For B2B outreach and related platform functions, legitimate interests may include business development, service delivery, security, fraud prevention, direct marketing to business contacts, and maintaining suppression and compliance records. Individuals may object to processing as provided by applicable law.
We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients, including current providers and reasonable future replacements or additions used to operate, secure, improve, or support the Service:
service providers and subprocessors that help provide hosting, email delivery, verification, enrichment, analytics, payment, support, security, and infrastructure services;
customers and authorized users as part of the Service;
integration partners at Customer's direction;
professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and legal representatives;
law enforcement, regulators, courts, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety;
a buyer, successor, or affiliate in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets;
other parties with consent or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.
Some privacy laws define "sale" or "sharing" broadly. If our practices require a right to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or similar activity under applicable law, we will provide the required notice and opt-out mechanism.
5.1 Vendor, AI Provider, and Integration Changes
TETRUS may change vendors, infrastructure providers, AI providers, enrichment providers, verification providers, analytics providers, payment processors, support tools, email providers, and integrations over time. Where required, TETRUS will maintain appropriate contractual, confidentiality, security, privacy, and data-transfer controls for providers that process personal information. Public examples or subprocessor lists are intended to identify then-current material providers or categories and are not a guarantee that every operational tool, replacement provider, temporary provider, or non-personal-data service will remain unchanged or separately listed at all times.
TETRUS is based in the United States and may use service providers, subprocessors, infrastructure providers, communications providers, analytics providers, AI providers, and support vendors in the United States and other countries. Providers, hosting locations, and transfer paths may change as the Service evolves. Where required, transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland will rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum, adequacy decisions, or other lawful transfer mechanisms, together with appropriate supplementary measures where applicable.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, prevent abuse, preserve suppression lists, and support legitimate business purposes. Customer account data may be deleted or returned after termination upon verified request and within a commercially reasonable period, subject to legal, technical, backup, security, compliance, billing, dispute, and audit needs. TETRUS may retain suppression, no-contact, security, audit, billing, abuse-prevention, and legal records for longer periods where necessary to prevent unlawful or unwanted sending, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect the platform.
Depending on location, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, portability, withdraw consent, appeal a decision, or lodge a complaint with a regulator. California and certain U.S. state residents may also have rights to know categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, disclosure categories, retention, and to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling where applicable.
To exercise rights, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify identity and authority. For data processed on behalf of a Customer, we may direct the request to the Customer or assist the Customer as required by our agreement.
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, logging, security reviews, and vendor controls. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects personal information, we will provide notices required by applicable law.
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Our cookie practices are described in the Cookie Policy. Users can manage browser cookies and, where available, the TETRUS cookie banner or preference center. Disabling some cookies may affect Service functionality.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email, in-Service notice, website notice, or cookie-banner notice where appropriate.
